I could find no name on it but did see a made in China sticker.  It seems to be made very well; it looks strong!
It is extremely compact measuring folded 22" long x 10" wide. I have other carts I use and none are this compact and NON have the extra folding shelf.  This only weighs 5 lbs 5.2 ozs so most anyone probably could carry it around.
The handle extends to 36" tall.  It doesn't look as it has been used much.  I didn't clean it but it looks like it would shine up nicely.
Included in the shipping charge is insurance.
Before I listed this; I searched for another one,  but couldn't find anything like this one.
