My policy is that the shipping is fast and free. I use PayPal, which allows you to buy an item and pay within 3 days of your purchase! All orders will be processed within 1 day of received payment. Shipments are typically sent by the US postal service, however I also use UPS and FedEx wherever cost and efficiency is better. I will post tracking numbers so you can follow your item as it comes to you.
14 DAY RETURNS
Unlike most sellers, I allow items that do not meet or exceed your expectations to be returned within 14 days of receiving your item. If it is not as described, I will gladly pay for return shipping as well. I have confidence you will be pleased with my products and give you as much information as is available for each item that I sell. You deserve to know what you are buying, the exact condition of that item, and exactly what to expect when you open your package. Again, if for any reason you feel this is not true, I will accept returns without question and at no cost to you.
EASY PAYMENTS
All payments will go through PayPal. I find this to be the safest and most effective method for eBay. This protects both you and me alike. Again your comfort and satisfaction are critical.

Please contact me before making any returns. This way I can arrange for shipping, where applicable. If needed, I will respond to you via telephone.
